28. If the business centre is not available. In the unlikely event that we are no longer able to provide services and accommodations in the business centre, your agreement will end and you will only have to pay until its end and for the standards of services you use in addition. If, for any reason, part of this agreement were to be declared invalid or impossible, that part of the contract would not affect the validity of the other provisions which remain fully in force and remain as effective as if that agreement had been carried out with the invalid part of that agreement.
