Staff Mobility For Training Mobility Agreement Example

Travel arrangements that are not directly related to the Erasmus mobility of staff, such as. B trips to conferences or other visits before/after Erasmus mobility are not considered eligible. The minimum duration of training for Erasmus Mobility staff is 2 working days and the CEU grants a grant for a maximum of 5 to 6 days. The mobility of staff training must be ensured as part of the current cycle between 1 December 2019 and 31 August 2020. The travel contribution is calculated using a travel computer assisted by the European Commission (ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm). The distance between the starting position and the final position of mobility in straight lines is calculated from one position to another. Eligible applicants must have an employment contract with Kozép-eurepai Egyetem (CEU), regardless of their nationality. Sending and receiving organizations must have agreed with staff on the activities that officers must carry out under a “mobility agreement” before the start of the mobility phase. These agreements define the objectives for the learning period abroad, define the formal conditions of recognition and specify the rights and obligations of each party. You can visit IMOTION or the ACRO website to check on staff training opportunities. Recipients of staff mobility as part of the Erasmus training should keep boarding passes/train tickets/other tickets that must be submitted, along with mobility documentation.

As part of the key action Erasmus 1 – Mobility of persons, staff of educational institutions have the opportunity to acquire training and/or work experience in another country. The mobility of training contributes to the professional development of higher education teachers and non-educational staff in the form of development sessions abroad (excluding conferences) and periods of work observation at a partner university or other relevant organisation abroad. CEU faculties and administrators can apply for Erasmus funds to participate in training mobility abroad. Mobility activities should result in the following results: employees receive their regular salaries while taking Erasmus training. Officers must carry out their mobility activity in any country in the programme other than the country of origin and the country of residence of the staff. The countries of the Erasmus programme are currently the member countries of the European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom-Non-program countries: former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Turkey and Turkey will strive to support as many requests as possible.
