I cannot thank you enough for your support, understanding, and flexibility with my conference April 4–5, 2011. I really want to acknowledge your outstanding personal support. This was a particularly challenging conference and I really appreciated the Awards Team working with me and all the changes.

It always amazes me when I pick up the phone and call you with a change in transportation… your sedan or van magically appears within minutes! We have received so many compliments on your drivers being very prompt and courteous.
